Terry Vaughn (referee)

Terry Vaughn (born 1 April 1973) is an American soccer referee who currently resides in Mount Vernon, Iowa. He has been a full international referee for FIFA since 2004.[1]
He was selected as a referee for the 2007 FIFA U-20 World Cup in Canada, where he refereed two matches, Jordan versus Zambia, and Scotland versus Nigeria.[2]
