Sokol District (Russian: Сокол) is a district of Northern Administrative Okrug of Moscow, Russia. Population: 57,528 (2010 Census preliminary results);[1] 57,317 (2002 Census).[2]

The name of the district was given after the settlement of Sokol built in the 1920s. Earlier, the village of Vsekhsvyatskoye existed on this location. In 1938, metro stationSokol was opened here.
