Location of Qishan District



Qishan District (旗山區) is a suburban district in northeastern Kaohsiung, Republic of China (Taiwan). Until the 1970s, a branch railroad linked Qishan with the main north-south railway. Now, the most important transportation link is National Highway No. 10.

  • Area: 94.61 km²

  • Population: 42,788 people (2003)
