East Spring Primary School (Abbreviation: ESPS) is a government primary school located in Tampines, Singapore.

East Spring Primary School was established on 4 January 1999,to serve the neighbourhood of the Eastern Sector of Tampines New Town.
The School was holding at Qiaonan Primary School for the first three months of 1999, as the new building was not ready. The school started with 400 pupils in 10 Primary One classes and a staff of 15 teachers. The staff and pupils moved to the new $13.6 million premises on 22 March 1999.
The school was officially opened by Dr Aline Wong, then Senior Minister State for Education an Member of Parliament for Tampines GRC on the 3 August 2001.
Since 2003,the school has hosted the zonal's Centre of Excellence for Science, known as the Science Exploria.
In 2006, the school was selected as one of the ten schools to be in pilot Flexible Infrastructure (FlexSI)Scheme. Through this scheme, the school redefined its learning area to include spaces beyond the four walls of the classroom and has completed two projects :a Multi-disciplinary Learning Trail (Spring Trail) and a Multi-Use Canteen (Spring Hub).
The school has a population of about 2350 pupils with 110 teaching and administrative staff.
